As part of FBD’s expansion of their nationwide branch network, Bridge House was chosen as their new flagship office. This city centre location in one of Dublin’s busiest streets provided FBD an opportunity to re-configure their way of working and refresh their image – albeit to a very challenging time line.
The new location at Bridge House, Baggot Street required the full strip out and refurbishment of the ground floor of an occupied existing building, approximately 2,000 sq.ft in size. Works included creation of a new, open plan workspace, a new staff canteen / tea point, new carpet and timber flooring, decorations and finishes incl feature brick work, new furniture throughout including bespoke joinery, front of house desks and workstations, and increased use of technology to maximise FBD’s brand exposure.
